Artist Craft - Art Gallery - Craft Gallery

Kathryn Armstrong

My interest in art started by accident whilst working as a classroom assistant on a Design and Display course at my local college in England. I learnt a great deal from the students and their ability to adapt their skills to individual tasks. I had always loved to make things but was encouraged to attempt new and varied techniques. Now that I live in Galera, Spain I have the time to develop my hobbies and I attend a regular Art class with Matthew Tatton. I particularly enjoy creating things from whatever is readily available such as off-cuts of wood, recycled or antique fabric and tired old furniture.
